Restaurant Rayuela Wine & Grill
With a panoramic view of the vineyards, the equestrian club, and the hills of Apalta, Rayuela Wine & Grill is the restaurant of Viu Manent Winery in Colchagua.
Rayuela is inspired by seasonal products, local ingredients, the sea, and meats. These ingredients are prepared over fire on the grill and in a clay oven.
Everything is accompanied by outstanding Viu Manent wines, recommended by our sommelier.
Our dishes are homemade — from the bread to the desserts.
The menu is curated by Chef Maira Ramos.
