The old and well planted vineyard delivers wines of unique character and personality, this happens with this version of ViBo centennial vineyard 2013 that has an identity marked by red and blue fruit added to mineral notes of graphite and cigar box in the mouth has a structure and elegance as well as tremendous guarding potential.
Ideal to decant and accompany slowly grilled meats or cheeses such as grana padano or parmigiano.
Serve at 16º-18ºC.
