Viu Manent Malbec Night 2015
June 2015With the modern Catae Restaurant in the Renaissance Santiago Hotel as the venue, Viña Viu Manent hosted its emblematic Malbec Night, an event that pays tribute to the month that commemorates the red variety that attracts increasingly more fans in Chile.
Viu Manent, Chile’s first winery to produce and label 100% Malbec, demonstrated its leadership with the variety yet again. The guests enjoyed eight pairings prepared by chef Mariano Bambaci, ranging from its award-winning icon to a rosé to a fortified wine. As a complement, they offered three interesting thematic tastings: Terroir, Harmony & Wine, and Viu 1, making for a very special event for wine lovers.
