Viña Viu Manent’s Rayuela Wine & Grill Restaurant offers a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Colchagua Valley’s Apalta hills. Chef Cristian Adrián offers a simple menu based on grilled meats and fish with home-style accompaniments.
The menu also offers fresh oysters, daily suggestions, the Viu Manent wine list, and a “Great Companions” option with suggested food and wine pairings.
