Judges tasting notes:
Inky red crimson colour to rim. Evocative nose, lifted dark autumn berries with red cherry, mocha, dried herbs and smoked meats. Superb concentration in the mouth, muscular without heaviness, holding the substantial oak influence very well and shows all the signs of potential for rewarding cellaring.
