Viu Manent night at Bocanariz Wine Bar

On Monday July 9 Viu Manent friends gathered to participate in a unique food pairing by the renowned Chef Pilar Rodriguez, at the newly opened Bocanáriz Wine Bar.

The great host of this activity was the General Manager of the vineyard, Jose Miguel Viu, who was accompanied by Chief Winemaker, Patricio Celedon. Both had the mission of directing the dinner and explain the best attributes of the wines included in the marriage, including a selection of Secreto wines and the Single Vineyard series wines from Viu Manent.

A close encounter, warm and where good food and drink, had a leading role throughout the night, which was also accompanied by live jazz music to complement the environment.
