Varieties: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Malbec.

Well-planted old vineyards can deliver wines with unique character and personality—and that is precisely the case with this wine, whose identity is marked by red and blue fruit along with mineral notes of pencil lead and cigar box. It is well structured and elegant on the palate and has tremendous ageing potential.
Ideal with slow-roasted meats or cheeses such as Gran Padano or Parmigiano. Best decanted and served at 16º–18ºC.
